Do you sell fresh peppers, plants, seeds or powder?"No, unfortunately, we do not sell any fresh peppers, plants, seeds or powder. We grow our own range of hot peppers to use in our sauces, in order for us not to sit with a "limited edition" product because we do not have enough peppers to make it continuously. We aim to always have, what we have on offer, in stock.

What is your hottest sauce?Our hottest sauce made with all-natural ingredients is our Gunslinger. To further the heat we have FUBAR which is a sauce containing a dash of Tincture. We do also make pure Carolina Reaper Tincture and Pure Carolina Reaper Extract, but these are not classified as a sauce.

Is your products Halaal?Yes, the majority of our products are Halaal. The only exception is Prego and Portuguese.

What is the SHU of your sauces?This is a question we get regularly, but yet, when you buy a sauce from a retailer, there is no SHU on the bottle, not even international. The only sauces with any sort of SHU on are those which contain cap crystals and it is the cap crystal SHU on the bottle, which is purely a selling gimmick. The 9mil or 13mil SHU you see on a product is purely the measurement of the pure crystals' SHU, not the sauce. Now that the technicality is behind us, here is the answer. We do not measure the SHU in our sauces. It is an expensive and lengthy exercise and by the time we get the results back the batch of sauce is already sold out, because we make small batches of sauce weekly.
