Very subtle smokiness coming through. The chilli is not to hot in this spice, you can always add more chilli for more heat. Use it for Chicken, Steak, Seafood or Veggies.
Use as a dry rub or spice or a wet rub. Our Soy with Ginger glaze is perfect as a bonding medium for a wet rub.
